The instructions below will show you how to send your discussion post to two communities simultaneously.
When writing a post, there is a field titled 'Cross Post To'. By default that field displays 'No Additional Threads'. You can post to one additional community by clicking in that field and you will see a list of the communities you have permission to post in. (See image below).
Special Notes:
- ADEA All Member Community - You cannot cross-post to or from the ADEA All Member community.
- Replies - If there are replies, you will have to check both communities you cross-posted to/from. A person that is replying to your message that was cross-posted may only have permission to view one of the communities you posted to.
- You can only cross-post to one additional community.
1. On your community home page, select 'Add' in the Latest Discussion Posts header.
2. In the 'Cross Post to (optional)' section, click in the area that displays No Additional Threads and a list of communities will show that you have permission to post to.3.
